Final Research Project
My interest in various design methods have directed me to envision a reimagined Cyprus where heritage and contemporary life coexist, making culture engaging and meaningful for younger generations. It focuses on reinterpreting traditions and craftsmanship, emphasizing process, intention, and the beauty found in creation rather than just the final outcome. Ultimately, my concept promotes a slower, more mindful urban experience that celebrates everyday moments, creativity, and a balanced connection between tradition and transformation. It focuses on revealing to younger audiences the beauty embedded in craftsmanship, highlighting the value of every step in the making process. Through a series of designed outcomes, including modern reimagined postcards of traditional crafts, an infographic poster, banners, and informative leaflets, and bring these traditions to life in engaging and accessible forms.
