Alexander College will host a special guest lecture by Dr Małgorzata Brych Barwicka (UTH, Warsaw, Poland), who will present on “Current Trends in Architectural Design in Poland.”
The session will offer students a focused overview of contemporary architectural practice in Poland, highlighting emerging approaches in modular construction, sustainable design, structural innovation, interior design, and urban revitalization. Through selected case studies and professional insights, the lecture will frame how these developments are shaping both local and international design discourse.
Taking place on Tuesday, 28 May 2026 at 11:30 am, the lecture forms part of the academic experience for Alexander College Interior Design students across all years, while also reflecting the College’s ongoing engagement with international practitioners and perspectives.
A moderated discussion will follow, providing attendees with the opportunity to engage directly with the speaker and extend the conversation beyond the presentation.
This event underscores Alexander College’s commitment to connecting students with current industry thinking and global design practices.
