The International Conference held at the University of Siedlce, Poland, entitled “Navigating difficult times: Strategies for resilience and recovery” concluded its proceedings. The Conference took place from 18 to 20 October 2023. Alexander College is proud of coorganising (among eight Higher Education Institutions in Europe), an important academic-research project, a sign of dedication to the goal of academic excellence.

The Conference was significantly enriched by the breadth and depth of knowledge and expertise of the co-organizers, including Alexander College. It has formulated a platform for scientific exchanges that reflected the high level of participants. The central themes of sustainable development, crisis management, digital transformation and post-crisis marketing were thoroughly examined. The conference was organized by the University of Siedlce Poland together with the following Academic Institutions: Vytautas Magnus University, Lithuania; Alexander College, Cyprus; National University of Political Science and Public Administration, Romania; University of Óbuda, Hungary; National University of Environmental Engineering, Ukraine;  GEOMEDI University, Georgia, Moravian Business College Olomouc, Czech Republic.

The international reach of the conference fostered a unique atmosphere of intercultural and interdisciplinary dialogue. The wealth of different approaches and international knowledge exchange has been a testament to the collaborative spirit of the academia.

In the Conference proceedings and Workshops participated on behalf of Alexander College, Dr. Anthony Chabarekh, Dr. Costas Christodoulides, Anna Chrysaphi and Stefanos Christodoulides.
