The MBA with Leadership Management equips students with the advanced skills needed to lead dynamic organizations in today’s fast-paced business world. Focusing on modern leadership theories, organizational behavior, change management, and strategic decision-making, this programme prepares students to inspire teams, tackle challenges, and drive innovation.

The MBA with Leadership Management consists of 8 compulsory and 4 elective Modules.

Elective Modules: International Management in Context / Management Consultancy / Contemporary Topics in Business Administration / Leadership and Management / Developing as a Leader

Compulsory Modules: Organisational Behaviour and HRM / Managing Finance / Corporate Governance Risk and Ethics / Strategic Management / Research Methods / Information Systems Management / Managing Change / Strategic Consulting Project – Dissertation

This 18-month course lasts is divided into 5 terms. You will attend 2 to 3 scheduled lectures per week, depending on the modules covered each term. Lectures are held in the evening and are conducted in English, with Greek language support available. The course is taught by highly experienced professionals
who are dedicated to creating engaging and interactive lectures, encouraging active participation, and providing personalized guidance to ensure student success.

Minimum entry requirements:

• A recognised Bachelor’s degree in any subject or a recognised equivalent from a professional body.
• A minimum of three years professional experience in a managerial position
• Evidence of proficiency in the English language

Applications from individuals with considerable managerial experience but no first degree will also be considered for admission.
