Λογοτεχνική Διάκριση σε Διεθνή Διαγωνισμό για την καθηγήτρια της Νομικής Σχολής Alexander College Δρ Μαρία Ιωάννου
Χρυσό βραβείο για την Δρ Μαρία Ιωάννου, Επίκουρο Kαθηγήτρια στο Alexander College/Christ Church University, για την συμμετοχή της στον 7ο Παγκόσμιο Λογοτεχνικό Διαγωνισμό της Ζακυνθινής Εστίας Πολιτισμού Αθήνας Διονύσιος Ρώμας. Ο διαγωνισμός, που διεξάγεται με μεγάλη επιτυχία κάθε χρόνο, ήταν αφιερωμένος στον Στέφανο Μαρτζώκη, ποιητή της Επτανησιακής Σχολής. Η Δρ Ιωάννου συμμετείχε στην κατηγορία διηγήματος με την Άγνωστη Μεταξύ Αγνώστων, που γράφτηκε ειδικά για το διαγωνισμό. Έχοντας ακαδημαϊκό και συγγραφικό έργο στο ενεργητικό της, η κ. Ιωάννου είναι Επίκουρος Kαθηγήτρια στη Σχολή Νομικής του Alexander College.

Golden Award for Dr. Maria Ioannou, Assistant Professor at Alexander College/Christ Church University, for her Participation in the 7th Global Literary Competition of Zakynthinian Cultural Society “Dionysios Roma”

Dr. Maria Ioannou, Assistant Professor at Alexander College and Christ Church University, has been awarded the prestigious gold medal for her participation in the 7th Global Literary Competition organized by the Zakynthinian Cultural Society “Dionysios Roma.” The competition, held annually with great success, was dedicated to Stefanos Martzokis, a poet of the Ionian School. Dr. Ioannou competed in the short story category with her piece “A Stranger Among Strangers“, a story written specifically for this competition. With an accomplished academic and literary career, Dr. Ioannou continues to inspire both her students and peers. She serves as an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Law at Alexander College.
