Alexander College is proud to share that our Fashion Design Lecturer, Michalis Pantelidis, will present his latest collection at the Cyprus Diaspora Forum 2026, as part of the event’s opening programme.
The presentation will take place on Wednesday, 6 May 2026 at 19:30, at the Amara Hotel in Limassol, during the Forum’s exclusive VIP Cocktail Event.
Titled Cypriot Silk Stories, the collection offers a contemporary interpretation of Cyprus through textile design. Inspired by the island’s landscapes, seascapes and cultural heritage, the collection features silk scarves and caftans that combine fluidity, versatility and refined Mediterranean elegance.
We are especially proud to see our lecturer contributing to such a prestigious international platform. Alongside his role at Alexander College, Michalis Pantelidis is an established designer whose work explores the intersection of fashion, art and cultural storytelling. His participation follows notable international recognition, including representing Cyprus at the European Parliament Sustainable Fashion Exhibition in Paris in 2025.
The Cyprus Diaspora Forum brings together leading figures from the global Cypriot community, promoting innovation, entrepreneurship and cultural exchange.
